Nicky has been a extraordinary coach to me in the past few years - giving me the confidence to take on new challenges in both my personal and professional life. On a personal level it was NIcky who calmly encouraged me into the lake for my first open water swim - something which led on to my competing for GB at triathlon. Professionally Nicky has helped me find the confidence to start a podcast - which is now award-wining and in its 5th series - and also to write a book on women’s sport - which is now fully funded, written and will be published in 2021.
